Discovery Spotlight® is a four-day Talent Showcase and educational experience designed to help emerging talent grow, learn, and gain exposure in the entertainment industry.
Unlike a traditional competition where contestants are competing against one another, a showcase gives dancers, singers, actors, and models the opportunity to individually perform live in front of talent agents, casting directors, talent scouts, and entertainment professionals, from all the major markets, who are looking for fresh & emerging talent. They provide valuable training, feedback, professional exposure and opportunities that can help open doors in dancing, modeling, acting & singing and recognize outstanding performers with scholarships, awards, and special opportunities at our Elite Awards Ceremony.
