Discovery Spotlight not only provides the training and platform for aspiring dancers to launch their performance careers, we also offer financial support in the form of scholarships.
These scholarships can be applied toward our virtual or in-person talent showcases, where new stars are discovered by talent agents and scouts.

Discovery Spotlight™ has helped generate opportunities for many models and talent. Numerous participants have gone on to sign with national agencies and work with prestigious clients. Others have gained local and regional attention and have booked jobs from the clients they met at the showcase. Discovery Spotlight has a special approach to help dancers bridge the gap to the entertainment industry.
Our high success rate is largely due to the personalized attention that all contestants receive, and the education and confidence that is developed through this life changing experience.
All Expo's involve workshops such as"Broadway Bound" with Jeremy Sickles, Daniel Hoff Agency and "Professional Musical Theatre/Jazz" with Matthew Prescott, Joffrey Ballet/The Institute for American Musical Theatre NYC. Several of the dancers who participated walked away with full scholarships to their summer dance program in NY. All of these workshops allow you to hear directly from the agents and scouts, so that you know what they are looking for.
