Rebecca T. Dueger began her career in the entertainment industry as a model, working in top markets such as Atlanta and Los Angeles. A passionate dancer from a young age, she even traveled to Bosnia to teach at performing arts camps for children.

Today, Rebecca focuses on developing and marketing models and talent of all ages for print, high fashion, runway, television, and film. Over the past 20 years, she has discovered and mentored thousands of individuals, both regionally and nationally.

As a former modeling and talent agent, Rebecca brings extensive experience in booking talent for high-end clients, securing placements in outside markets, and guiding careers long-term. Her client portfolio includes brands such as Ann Taylor Loft, LL Bean, Sperry Top-Sider, Trek Bikes, DoTerra, Victoza Pharmaceuticals, Kiawah Island Resorts, Christophe Harbour, Sea Island Resorts, Vacation Myrtle Beach Resorts, and Saks Fifth Avenue.

Discovery Spotlight was founded in 2006 by Cory Dueger (Founder 2006-2024) and Rebecca Dueger. Rebecca was part of the founding team of Discovery Spotlight, created out of a need for up-and-coming talent to receive direct training and connect with the most respected agents, managers, music executives, and casting directors. Guided by the motto “discovery begins within,” she believes deeply in the power of self-development and confidence. She often reminds her contestants that “your network is your net worth,” and her goal is for every participant to feel seen and welcomed—regardless of age, background, or social status. To Rebecca, there is a market for everyone, and she is passionate about helping individuals be the ones to seize those opportunities.

The ongoing success of Discovery Spotlight contestants continues to inspire her to help people recognize their true potential. Known for her sense of humor and down-to-earth approach, Rebecca believes the entertainment journey should not only be rewarding but also fun.

Rebecca is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a B.A. in Communications. As a mother of two young children, she understands firsthand how to support and encourage families navigating the entertainment industry.
