"Expo Package A" requires a total investment of $1295 when paid in full at registration. "Expo Package B" includes the additional development package and 3rd competition (additional $600). There is a $100 service charge for installment plans. A deposit is required with the installment plan. The deposit is deducted from the total amount. Future installments will draft from the same card. All balances must be paid by the time of the event. Final installments will be scheduled to process the week of the event.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments including deposits are non-refundable but you may transfer your payments to the following event as long as payments are made on the originally scheduled dates. There is a $200 transfer fee as long as you notify our office more than 30 days prior to the start of your scheduled event. A transfer within 30 days of the scheduled event, or a second transfer, will incur a $400 transfer fee. I understand that DISCOVERY SPOTLIGHT will not be held responsible for forces of nature, strikes, epidemics, or hotel breakdowns, which could postpone or prevent DISCOVERY SPOTLIGHT events.
